    Two different speeds for mixing and discharging ensure high and uniform cream quality and thorough emptyings
    Aeration of cream and raw material demand can be influenced by adding compressed air during mixing
    Electronic control for both manual and fully automatic operation
    Special arrangement of mixer vanes and mixer shaft allows cream production within a few minutes
    Water-jacketed mixing tank cools the cream and prevents solidification of liquid fats
    Actuator opens and closes the lid
