1st step: Hand Cleaning soap side station:

Equipped with proximity sensor to detect hands presence & releases the soap dose.

Equipped with a level sensor to detect the soap low level in its jar and signal it.

2nd step: Hand Washing Water side station:

Equipped with proximity sensor to detect hands presence & releases tap water.

Equipped with a signal light to flash till the end of procedure.

3rd step: Hand Dryer side station:(Jet Flow)

Equipped with proximity sensor to detect hands presence & releases the air blades.

4th step: Hand Disinfestation Sanitizer side station:

Equipped with proximity sensor to detect hands presence & releases the sanitizer dose.

Equipped with a level sensor to detect the sanitizer low level in its jar and signal it.

5th step: Boots Cleaning Brushes ground station:

Equipped with 2 lanes brushes along the unit length to clean the operator boots.

Equipped with an easy cleaning mechanical system (Easy to remove & clean underneath).

Equipped with a water jet nozzle underneath the brushes to keep the brushes wet.

6th step: Passing gate station:

Programed to pass/release one person at time.

Released only when all 4 sensors (Soap, water, Air, Sanitizer) were activated

The unit is equipped with a lockable control panel with a PLC to control the whole system.

The unit is equipped with an easy access emergency switch & a main electrical switch
